1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing AILICAI ("the Service") you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. The Service provides general personal-finance education and calculation tools only.

2. The Service is not a financial institution or adviser

AILICAI is not a bank, broker-dealer, investment adviser, insurance company, or payment institution. We do not open accounts, hold deposits or assets, transfer funds, operate money pools, or sell financial products.

Nothing in the Service constitutes personalized investment, legal, tax, accounting, or insurance advice, a recommendation to buy or sell any security, fund, crypto-asset or currency, or a guarantee of any result or return.

3. Educational content and hypothetical calculations

All calculator outputs and AI responses are hypothetical, educational illustrations based on the assumptions you enter. They are not forecasts. Actual outcomes differ and may be worse than illustrated.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt to bypass rate limits or quotas, or use it for unlawful purposes. You must not enter sensitive credentials such as banking passwords, full card numbers, or transaction passwords.

5. Accounts and subscriptions

Guest use is available without an account. Paid subscriptions are processed by our payment processor Creem.io. Prices are shown before payment; refunds and cancellations follow the terms presented at checkout and applicable law.

6. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AILICAI is not liable for decisions made or losses incurred based on educational content or hypothetical calculations.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
